The conference is organized to share knowledge and experience in the field of design, construction, operation, diagnostics and repair of artificial structures.

The conference is dedicated to the memory of Professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences Sergey Alexandrovich Bokarev and the 100th anniversary of the birth of Professor, Doctor of Technical Sciences Georgy Mikhailovich Vlasov.
